Hi all!
I bought Lowepro X200 last week. I changed the code for my Lowepro, but I forgot the code. Can anyone tell me what can I do?
Thanks!

Contact LowePro, there might be a Universal reset code/procedure. But there might not be one also.

Did you try this?
To reset the TSA lock, you should align the dials to zero. Pull the shackle up, turn it 90 degrees in opposite direction and then press shackle back down. Set your new combination when holding the shackle firmly down and set the new combination. Release the shackle when done and return it to position for locking. It should lock after you have turned one or more dials.

A lot of time testing by trial and error, from 0-0-0-0 to 9-9-9-9 in increments of '1'!
Didja originally try to set the combination to something with some SIGNIFICANCE in your life?

  • Digits from SSAN,
  • digits from Zipcode,
  • digits from home phone number,
  • digits from drivers license number,
  • home street number,
  • birthdate,
  • your girlfriends name (using standard phone keypad)

...??
(And if you didn't, is the above giving you a good idea for the next time you set a combination?!)

I have found that 'cheap' combination locks can sometimes be opened (with a little patience) by putting a slight tension on the hasp, then slowly and carefully rotating each dial until you feel a slightly different 'feel' as the position clicks into place. This is often the 'set' position for that dial, and with a little time you can set each dial to the proper position and unlock the bag.
Once you have opened the lock ... write down the combination!

That YouTube video appears to be the same method I have used and described above. It does work!

Of course, since the OP posted in Jan ... he has probably ripped the bag open out of frustration by now! But this may help someone else?

Well there are only 3 digits on that lock. Couldn't take too long to go through all the possible numbers to open it.
Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick
